Retail Readiness & Marketing Support

Support the execution of in-store marketing campaigns, consumer engagement activities & promotional events.

Ensure visual displays, product fixtures & branding elements are properly maintained and merchandised.

Coordinate with backend teams for stock visibility, replenishment & sell-through plans.

Data reporting through the sales enablement mobile application.

Essential Selling Skills & Attributes

Al Awareness: Basic knowledge of Al tools and how they can be used to improve customer engagement or explain features will be an added advantage.

• Storytelling Ability: Must be a natural storyteller, able to co-relate product features to everyday customer interests and usage behaviour.

A Competitive Understanding: Should be able to confidently compare product features with competing brands

and help the customer understand the advantages.

• Communication: Must be confident and fluent in both English and the local language to effectively connect with diverse customer profiles.
