We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of customer service, and experience in automobile or retail showroom environments.
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler options
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
Assist customers through the purchase process and ensure smooth delivery
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on pricing and inventory
Manage daily sales reports, test drives, and documentation
Follow up with leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the operations and service teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery
Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance
2–3 years of experience in showroom or retail sales (automobile sector preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of two-wheeler models and specifications
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using MS Office and sales tools
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English is a plus
