Key Responsibilities
● Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients for bulk gifting requirements.
● Represent RCasa at exhibitions and events, engaging with customers and ensuring a
seamless brand experience.
● Identify and onboard architects, interior designers, and stylists for long-term
partnerships.
Drive sales through D2C and online channels, assisting customers with product
queries and purchases.
● Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and premium
service standards.
● Provide feedback from clients and market trends to the marketing and product teams.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Requirements
● 2–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or luxury/home décor/lifestyle brands.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to travel for exhibitions and client meetings.
● A keen aesthetic sense and understanding of premium consumer behavior.
