• We are looking for a confident and dynamic Showroom Manager who can take charge of day-to-day showroom operations.

• The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, preparing quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Key Responsibilities:.

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a smooth client experience.

• Handle walk-in customers, provide product details, and guide them in product selection.

• Prepare quotations and pricing documents as per client requirements.

• Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with prospective clients to generate new business.

• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Maintain coordination with suppliers, showroom staff, and management for smooth functioning.

• Achieve monthly sales & customer service targets.

• Requirements:.

• Female candidate with pleasant personality and strong communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations is mandatory.

• Ability to multitask and manage customer handling with professionalism.
