A Furniture Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable furniture solutions. The role involves building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Greet and assist customers in the showroom or via calls/messages.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate furniture products.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Maintain knowledge of current furniture trends, designs, and materials.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely product dispatch.
Maintain records of sales, invoices, and customer interactions.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Proven experience in retail or furniture sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer preferences and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Showroom-based role with occasional field visits.
