Chemist Box, a growing retail pharmacy chain, is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure excellent customer service at our outlets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall store operations including sales, inventory, and staff
Ensure proper stock availability, expiry management, and FIFO
Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations
Supervise and train store staff (Pharmacists, Sales Executives, Helpers)
Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and customer experience
Coordinate with the central team for procurement and reporting
Ensure compliance with pharmacy rules & regulations

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (Pharmacy background preferred)
2–5 years of experience as Store Manager / Store Incharge in retail pharmacy
Strong knowledge of inventory & store operations
Hands-on experience with POS / Marg / Tally / billing software
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
