Chemist Box, a growing retail pharmacy chain, is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations and ensure excellent customer service at our outlets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations including sales, inventory, and staff

• Ensure proper stock availability, expiry management, and FIFO

• Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations

• Supervise and train store staff (Pharmacists, Sales Executives, Helpers)

• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and customer experience

• Coordinate with the central team for procurement and reporting

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy rules & regulations

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (Pharmacy background preferred)

• 2–5 years of experience as Store Manager / Store Incharge in retail pharmacy

• Strong knowledge of inventory & store operations

• Hands-on experience with POS / Marg / Tally / billing software

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
