Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements (home, office, budget, design preference)
Explain different types of tiles (ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, etc.)
Provide product recommendations, pricing, and quotations
Handle billing, invoicing, and order processing
Coordinate with warehouse/delivery teams for order fulfillment
Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement
Follow up with customers for pending sales or inquiries
Achieve monthly sales targets
Skills Required
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of tiles, interiors, or construction materials (preferred)
Sales and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, etc.)
Ability to understand design preferences and trends
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass or diploma
Experience
4Yrs - 15Yrs
Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials is mandatory
Others: Direct Payroll & Good Working Environment
