Reports To: Cinema Manager / Duty Manager
Cinema Staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling day-to-day cinema operations, and ensuring a smooth movie-going experience for guests at Gopalan Grand Mall Cinemas.
Greet and assist customers at the cinema premises.
Guide customers regarding movie schedules, ticketing, and seat allocation.
Operate box office counters for ticket sales and bookings.
Handle F&B counter operations – serving snacks, beverages, and maintaining hygiene.
Check tickets at entry points and guide guests to their respective screens.
Maintain cleanliness and order in cinema halls, lobby, and food court areas.
Support housekeeping team in quick screen turnarounds between shows.
Handle basic cash transactions and billing (POS operations).
Provide prompt responses to customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
Assist in managing crowd during peak show timings.
Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures as instructed by management.
Qualification: Minimum SSLC/PUC; Diploma/Degree preferred.
0–2 years of experience in cinema, retail, hospitality, or customer service industry.
Good communication skills (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred).
Customer-friendly attitude and ability to handle large crowds.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
