Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store displays, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain store cleanliness, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising standards.

• Process sales transactions, billing, and payments accurately.

• Build strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

• Support in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Education: PUC / Graduate (any discipline).

• Experience: 0–3 years in retail sales/customer service (freshers can apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS operations (preferred).

• Positive attitude, grooming standards, and team spirit.
