Job Summary

The Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest experience by ensuring smooth theatre operations, maintaining cleanliness, handling food & beverage service, and assisting customers throughout their visit at PVR Cinemas.

Key Responsibilities

🎟 Guest Services

• Welcome guests and assist with ticket checking and entry.

• Guide customers to screens and seats when required.

• Handle guest queries politely and professionally.

• Ensure a pleasant and memorable movie-going experience.

🍿 Food & Beverage Operations

• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per PVR standards.

• Operate POS billing systems accurately.

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.

• Ensure proper stock handling and counter cleanliness.

🎬 Theatre Operations

• Maintain cleanliness of auditoriums, lobbies, washrooms, and common areas.

• Assist in crowd management during peak hours.

• Support screen checks and report technical or cleanliness issues.

📋 Compliance & Safety

• Follow company SOPs, safety, and security guidelines.

• Adhere to grooming standards and uniform policy.

• Coordinate with supervisors for smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers are welcome

• Age: 25

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
