We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our watches store. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting watches, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high store presentation standards.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and understand their watch preferences and needsExplain watch features, brands, pricing, and warranties clearlyAssist customers with product selection and billingAchieve individual and store sales targetsMaintain attractive visual merchandising and product displaysHandle cash, POS billing, and basic store documentationManage stock, replenishment, and inventory checksHandle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales supportFollow store policies, security, and hygiene standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)Experience in retail sales (watches, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)Good communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-centric and sales-driven attitudeBasic knowledge of POS systemsWell-groomed, presentable, and professional
