Job Summary:•

We're looking for a sales-savvy and fashion-forward Sales Staff to join our team at No Next, a trendy men's casual clothing store. As a Sales Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising.

•Key Responsibilities:•

1. •Customer Service:• Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized styling advice to ensure a great shopping experience.

2. •Sales:• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products, identifying opportunities, and closing sales.

3. •Visual Merchandising:• Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including folding, facing, and restocking merchandise.

4. •Inventory Management:• Monitor stock levels, report low stock, and participate in inventory control processes.

5. •Store Operations:• Perform daily store tasks, such as processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and maintaining store cleanliness.

6. •Team Collaboration:• Work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
