About the Role

Satv Dairy is looking for confident, energetic and customer-oriented Sales Promoters to represent our brand at our retail counter in Aerocity.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and actively approach customers at the store/counter.

• Introduce customers to Satv Dairy products and their benefits.

• Conduct product sampling and encourage customers to try products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.

• Explain product pricing, offers, ingredients and key USPs.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock placement.

• Check product freshness and expiry and follow FIFO practices.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.

• Handle customer queries and encourage repeat purchases.

• Maintain and share daily sales updates with the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable approaching customers.

• Good convincing and selling skills.

• Energetic, proactive and target-oriented.

• Customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work while standing for extended periods.

• Retail/FMCG/dairy/sales experience will be an added advantage.

Working Details

• Shift: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM OR 1:00 PM–10:00 PM

• Working: 6 days/week

• Weekly Off: Monday–Friday only

• Uniform: Satv T-shirt + Name Plate

• Benefits: Incentives + Overtime as applicable
