Position: Store Front & Customer Service Associate – Sweet Shop

About the Role:
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable staff to join our sweet shop team. The role focuses on customer interaction, store upkeep, billing, and stock handling — no cooking is involved. You will be the face of the store, ensuring customers have a pleasant experience and operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner.
Manage the store front, ensuring cleanliness and attractive product display at all times.
Handle billing quickly and accurately using POS systems.
Keep track of stock levels, refill shelves, and inform management about low inventory.
Ensure all products are stored and displayed as per store standards.
Assist in packing sweets and other items as per customer orders.
Maintain store hygiene and follow all safety guidelines.
Resolve minor customer queries and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Requirements:
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
Quick learner with good grasping ability.
Comfortable using billing machines/POS systems (or willing to learn).
Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
