We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Person to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items, providing excellent customer service.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest jewellery collections, designs, and specifications to guide customers effectively.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.

Order Processing: Handle billing, invoicing, and order processing accurately.

Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Display Management: Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to enhance the shopping experience.

Problem Resolution: Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Market Trends: Keep track of industry trends and customer preferences to improve sales strategies.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-3 years in pearls, gold & jewellery sales

- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with gemstones, metals, and jewellery-making processes is a plus.

-Appearance: Professional and presentable at all times.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
