Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Handle billing, payment collection, and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Replenish stock and ensure the counter/display is always well-organized.

• Support promotional activities, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.

• Learn and adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and customer service protocols.

• Assist the store team in daily operations such as stock checks, tagging, and housekeeping.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate (preferred: Retail, Business, or related fields).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
