Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for proactive promoters who take initiative on the shop floor—not someone who waits behind the counter.

The ideal candidate should:

• Confidently engage with customers, understand their needs, perform live product demonstrations, build trust, and convert customer interest into sales.

• Represent EDT as a premium brand by maintaining high standards of confidence, presentation, communication, product knowledge, and professionalism.

• Make the EDT brand experience feel premium, approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach customers on the retail shop floor to highlight and promote EDT products.

• Learn and master product/technical details to deliver live, engaging product demonstrations.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate premium solutions.

• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets with a results-driven mindset.

• Maintain a professional, well-groomed presence on the shop floor at all times.

• Coordinate effectively with store staff and ensure proper display and presentation of products.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a retail promoter, sales promoter, or in-store sales executive.

• Age: 21 to 32 years.

• Education: Graduates preferred.

• Industry Background: Prior experience in kitchen appliances, home appliances, consumer electronics, beauty tech, or premium retail is preferred.

• Brand Experience: Experience representing premium brands such as Dyson, Shark Ninja, Philips, Samsung, LG, Apple, Bosch, IFB, Havells, or similar is preferred.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred for Mumbai locations.

• Skills: Strong communication, proactive sales approach, and excellent customer interaction skills.

• Availability & Shift: Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Traits: Confident, well-spoken, disciplined, punctual, and well-groomed.
