We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Officer to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

• Showcase jewellery designs with product knowledge (purity, weight, pricing).

• Build customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Handle billing, stock display, and day-to-day store operations.

• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and security standards.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Jewellery / Retail sales experience preferred.

• Customer-focused with upselling and convincing ability.

• Presentable personality with positive attitude.
