Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily operations of the store.

·       Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team.

·       Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Monitor store inventory, displays, and cleanliness.

·       Handle customer issues and resolve complaints.

·       Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.

·       Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
