Retail Sales Officer

Job Purpose:

To deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and ensure a superior shopping experience for customers while maintaining the brand’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry/products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and designs.

• Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.

• Ensure visual merchandising and stock display as per brand guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups.

• Assist in stock management, inventory, and daily store operations.

• Maintain grooming standards and adhere to company policies.
