Retail Sales Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.

• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate jewellery items (gold, diamond, silver, platinum, etc.).

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of product details, certifications, and pricing.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.

• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock displays.

• Handle billing, invoicing, and after-sales service coordination.

• Ensure security and safety protocols are followed within the store.

• Maintain proper documentation and sales records.
