Retail Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the store/assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

• Handle walk-in customers, explain product features, and assist in selection.

• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and store upkeep.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.

• Track competitor activities and share market insights with management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business/Commerce/Marketing).

• 1–2years of experience in retail sales (FMCG, Apparel, Jewellery, Eyewear, etc.).

• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
