Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
Market Penetration: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly track sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the edible oil industry, with a strong track record in both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
