Hiring – OTC Field Sales Officer

📍 Job Locations:

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and target-oriented OTC Field Sales Officer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting chemist shops, medical stores, and retail outlets to promote OTC products and increase sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Visit chemists, medical stores, and retail outlets on a daily basis

Promote and sell OTC products in the assigned area

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors

Generate new business opportunities and increase product visibility

Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis

Submit daily visit and sales reports to the manager

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in OTC / Pharma / Field Sales

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication and convincing skills

Self-motivated and target-driven personality

Bike & valid driving license preferred

Good knowledge of local market areas
