Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Manager with strong knowledge of toys sales and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail store operations and sales activities

• Drive sales of toys and related products to achieve monthly and annual targets

• Maintain strong product knowledge of toys, trends, and age-appropriate categories

• Handle customers professionally and resolve complaints effectively

• Train, motivate, and supervise sales staff

• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and visual merchandising

• Coordinate with inventory and purchasing teams for stock planning

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance
