About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to join our flagship spiritual retail store. This is a hybrid role involving:
In-store counter sales & customer assistance
Outbound sales calls & lead follow-ups
Customer relationship building
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert walk-ins and leads into loyal customers
Greet customers warmly and understand their spiritual/product requirements.
Assist shoppers with product selection (Puja Samagri, Dhoop, Ritual Kits, etc.).
Provide accurate information about pricing, product features, rituals, and usage.
Cross-sell and upsell products, offers, and combo packs.
Ensure shelves/racks are well-stocked and visually organized.
Handle billing, cash/card/UPI transactions accurately.
Manage product returns and exchanges as per policy.
Maintain store hygiene and product display standards.
Make outbound calls to leads generated from website, WhatsApp, campaigns, and walk-ins.
Follow up with customers for repeat purchases, festival offers, and new launches.
Inform customers about discounts, subscription models, and loyalty programs.
Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
Convert inquiries into confirmed orders or store visits.
Support WhatsApp order processing when required.
Achieve monthly sales targets (store + tele-sales).
Share customer feedback and insights with the Store Manager.
Coordinate with inventory and backend teams for stock updates.
Stay updated on new products, rituals, and spiritual services.
