We have an urgent job opening for Shift manager role in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations during assigned shifts.

• Lead, motivate, and train team members to meet service and performance standards.

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service and quality control.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with airport and brand regulations.

• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and place orders as needed.

• Handle cash management, including shift closing, daily sales reports, and till reconciliation.

• Manage scheduling, task assignments, and delegation of duties.

• Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

• Report operational issues or incidents to higher management as needed.
