Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – Trading Division (Sintex Tanks)

Location: Chengalpattu (Candidates must be from in and around Chengalpattu)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in construction-related products

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Sintex water tanks through retail and dealer networks in the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and end customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company guidelines.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new sales opportunities and ensure product visibility.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Handle customer queries, provide product knowledge, and support in decision-making.

• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to the management.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in construction-related products (cement, steel, pipes, tanks, paints, etc.).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be based in Chengalpattu or nearby areas.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Salary: Competitive package based on experience + Incentives
