Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Promote high-margin electrical products
Upsell and cross-sell (e.g., wires + accessories)
Develop relationships with electricians, contractors & builders
👥 4. Team Management
Handle sales executives and store staff
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Train team on product knowledge & customer handling
Maintain discipline and motivation in team

Ensure excellent customer experience
Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
