Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, and actively upsell/cross-sell to maximize revenue.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by management

Store Operations: Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
Transaction Handling: Process accurate cash, credit, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and pricing to provide accurate information.
Customer Resolution: Resolve complaints, handle returns, and build positive customer relationships.
