About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their furniture needs, and driving sales while ensuring a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture products

• Demonstrate product features, quality, and benefits

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Maintain showroom presentation and product display

• Handle billing coordination and basic documentation

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of sales/customer handling

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a retail showroom environment

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Preferred Skills

• Interest in furniture, home décor, or interior styling

• Prior retail or sales experience (not mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
