Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers visiting the showroom and assist them by showing gold, silver, diamond, or other jewellery based on their requirements.
Provide accurate information about purity (karat), weight, making charges, and design of jewellery.
Explain new designs and ongoing schemes to customers and close sales effectively.
Take out stock every morning and recount/store it safely at night. Maintain proper display arrangement.
Maintain contact with existing customers and inform them about new collections or offers.
Prepare accurate billing after sales and assist in payment processes.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English).
Strong presentation and convincing skills.
Customer handling ability.
Willingness to work on sales targets.
Professional grooming and disciplined behavior.
