Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and supporting sales activities in the showroom. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling

Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
Provide product information, features, and pricing details

2. Sales Support

Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets
Promote products and ongoing offers to customers
Support senior sales staff in closing sales

3. Product Display & Maintenance

Ensure proper display and arrangement of products
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of showroom
Update display as per guidelines

4. Billing Support

Coordinate with cashier for billing process
Assist customers during payment and packaging

5. Customer Relationship

Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Handle basic customer queries and complaints
