Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer accurate information.

• Handle billing and cash register operations (POS).

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and promote upselling.

• Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and maintain store visual standards.

• Process returns and exchanges smoothly.

• Handle customer complaints with patience and escalate when necessary.

• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times.

• Support team in opening/closing duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours (weekends, holidays).
