Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate product features, purity, certification, and pricing clearly.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all jewellery categories (gold, diamonds, platinum, solitaires, collections).
Explain making charges, karat purity, stone details, and offers accurately.
Stay updated with new arrivals and seasonal collections.
Ensure display counters are neat, well-organized, and maintained as per VM standards.
Handle stock movement, tagging, and daily inventory management.
Follow billing, cash handling, and documentation procedures.
Support during festivals, events, and customer engagement activities.
Follow Tanishq policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Ensure proper documentation for exchanges, returns, and repairs.
Maintain high standards of store hygiene and grooming.
Work closely with VM team, cashier, inventory officers, and other sales staff.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience in retail sales.
2–4 years of experience in jewellery or premium retail (preferred).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good selling and negotiation skills.
