Handle billing, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and product features.
Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory team.
Minimum 1 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented with a pleasant personality.
Good knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer skills (billing, CRM, email).
