Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and budget.

• Provide detailed product information on diamonds, gold, gemstones, and designs.

• Maintain the showroom’s visual merchandising and ensure displays are clean and attractive.

• Foster customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

• Stay updated on jewellery trends, designs, and product features.

• Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-service oriented with a pleasant personality.

• Good knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones (preferred).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Basic computer skills (billing, CRM, email).

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and festival seasons.
