Job Title: Sales Executive – Optical Store
Location: Spexone, Nikol, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience: 6 Months – 5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timing: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Summary
Spexone is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our optical store team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while managing daily store operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in selecting frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and optical products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage store inventory, stock tracking, and product replenishment.
Ensure proper display and organization of products in the showroom.
Assist in billing, order processing, and delivery coordination.
Coordinate with the optometrist and laboratory team for customer orders.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth.
Perform other day-to-day operational tasks related to optical store management.
