  • Greet customers and understand their requirements

  • Assist customers in selecting sunglasses based on style, comfort, and UV protection

  • Explain product features, brands, pricing, and offers

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

  • Upsell and cross-sell premium sunglasses and accessories

  • Handle billing and cash/card/UPI transactions

  • Maintain product displays and store cleanliness

  • Manage stock, inward/outward entries, and inventory updates

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support

  • Follow store policies and brand guidelines
