Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our pet store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting pet products, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store operations efficiently. A love for animals and basic knowledge of pet care will be an added advantage.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pet products (food, accessories, grooming items, etc.)
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
Provide basic guidance on pet care, nutrition, and products
Manage inventory and stock replenishment
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
🐶 Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Prior experience in retail sales (pet store experience is a plus)
Basic knowledge of pets (dogs, cats, birds, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
