We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive who can drive store sales, manage daily retail operations, and ensure a premium customer experience. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and sales-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relationship
Follow up regularly with existing customers
Generate new sales through walk-ins and relationship building
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Propose sales and marketing ideas to drive revenue
Collect and maintain customer feedback
Store Operations
Manage daily store activities efficiently
Handle inflow and outflow of rental and sale products
Maintain proper documentation for Rental, Washing, Clean, Repair, and Warranty
Handle invoicing and billing
Ensure store cleanliness and presentation standards
Change Visual Merchandising (VM) weekly and during special occasions
Service & Coordination
Manage Clean & Repair customers
Follow up on repair, warranty, shipping, and customer queries
Handle B2C customer calls when required
Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports
Market Awareness
Stay updated with market trends and new product launches
Understand competitor activities
Marketing Support
Generate basic content ideas for social media
Support promotional activities when required
Skills & Requirements
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Hindi and Kannada are an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling customers independently
