To drive in-store sales by delivering exceptional customer experience, explaining technical products clearly, building trust, and converting walk-in customers into loyal buyers while achieving monthly revenue targets.
· Greet and engage walk-in customers with a positive and energetic approach.
· Understand customer requirements through need-based questioning.
· Demonstrate products (laptops, gaming accessories, peripherals, gadgets) effectively.
· Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
· Close sales confidently and handle objections professionally.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong conversion ratios.
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of laptop specifications (RAM, SSD/HDD, processors, GPUs).
· Understand gaming equipment (consoles, controllers, gaming chairs, GPUs).
· Knowledge of accessories (keyboards, mouse, routers, printers, storage devices, cables).
· Explain features in simple, customer-friendly language.
· Stay updated on new launches, trends, and competitive offerings.
· Maintain a welcoming and smiling attitude at all times.
· Handle customer queries and complaints calmly and professionally.
· Build repeat customer relationships and generate referrals.
· Ensure proper coordination for after-sales support.
· Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
· Coordinate stock availability with inventory team.
· Ensure billing accuracy and basic POS operations.
