Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Monitor and coordinate daily desk activities, ensuring smooth office and on-ground operations.

• Manage schedules, track tasks, and ensure timely completion of activities.

• Handle client calls, queries, and follow-ups effectively.

Sales & Client Support

• Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, and client coordination.

• Maintain records of client activities, campaign progress, and deliverables.

• Ensure prompt responses to client requirements and queries.

Property & Tabletop Management

• Oversee tabletop placements within the property for branding/promotional purposes.

• Coordinate with clients and vendors for tabletop branding approvals and execution.

• Charge and track tabletop as per company guidelines, ensuring proper Placements.

• Monitor placements to maintain quality standards and client satisfaction.
