Role Summary:

We are hiring for a reputed and fast-growing fashion jewellery retail brand. The Style Associate represents the face of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting in sales, and supporting daily operations. This role requires customer focus, adaptability, sales awareness, and a team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus

• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable jewellery pieces

• Address customer queries and escalate complex concerns professionally

Sales Mastery

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of products, including features and benefits

• Support the achievement of store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling

• Stay informed about new arrivals, collections, and in-store promotions

Flexibility and Change Management

• Adapt to flexible shift timings and store operational needs

• Be open to transfers within the local cluster area as per business requirements

• Take initiative and responsibility as needed

Store Operations Excellence

• Assist in order processing, stock handling, and packaging

• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards

• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards

• Follow all store policies, security measures, and SOPs

Collaboration

• Work cohesively with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Actively contribute to team goals and group success

Decision-Making and Sensitivity

• Handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism

• Use sound judgment in resolving day-to-day in-store challenges

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / HSC (Freshers welcome) / SSC with at least 2 years of retail experience

• Age: 18–28 years

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fast learner with a positive, enthusiastic approach

• Well-groomed appearance and professional conduct

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
