Full job description

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals
Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems
Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns

Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
