Your primary role is to drive sales through exceptional customer service, expertly introduce guests to the world of VR, and ensure every player has a safe and epic experience. Sales & Customer Conversion:
Warmly greet and engage walk-in customers, effectively communicating the unique value of our VR free-roam experience.
Confidently handle inbound calls, online inquiries, and email requests to book sessions and events.
Drive sales by upselling packages, group events, party bookings, and merchandise.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for sessions, memberships, and events.
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) and booking systems.
Customer Experience & Guidance:
Be the expert guide for our customers' first VR experience, calmly and clearly explaining the technology and the games.
Conduct pre-game safety briefings and equipment fitting sessions, ensuring all players understand the rules and feel comfortable.
Actively monitor players in the VR arena to ensure safety and provide in-game assistance if needed.
Handle any customer concerns or technical issues with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
Technical Operations & Safety:
Set up, calibrate, and sanitize VR headsets, controllers, and haptic gear before and after each session.
Perform basic troubleshooting for common technical issues, escalating to a technician when necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gaming environment at all times, following all safety protocols diligently.
