Quality Analyst

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Quality Analysts to join our growing team and help elevate our retail experience and sales quality.

Position: Quality Analyst

💰 Salary: ₹23,000 per month
🧑‍💼 Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year
👤 Gender Preference: Male

🕒 Shifts:
• Morning: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Working on weekends & public holidays
• Weekly off: 1 day (Monday–Thursday)

Role Responsibilities
Monitor performance through audits in line with SOPs
Analyze quality standards and overall customer experience
Identify trends and recommend preventive & corrective actions
Create and maintain detailed quality reports
Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are followed
Collaborate with Sales, Operations Executives, Leads & Supervisors
Define and track quality benchmarks aligned with user expectations
Review requirements to understand quality criteria
Develop strategies for functional, regression, and performance improvement
Model ideal behavior and audit for optimal user experience
Investigate root causes of quality issues


Requirements & Skills
✔ Graduate (additional qualifications are a plus)
✔ Strong spoken & written English skills
✔ People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
✔ Good communication and negotiation abilities
✔ Problem-solving mindset
✔ Customer service–focused approach
✔ Excellent execution and attention to detail
✔ Flexible to work in any shift
✔ Willing to travel between 3 units
