We are seeking an experienced and organized Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for food, beverages, raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, quality control, timely availability of materials, and strong vendor relationships.
Plan and manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, frozen items, and consumables.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure quality standards, pricing, and delivery timelines are met.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores, kitchen, and operations teams.
Control purchase costs, wastage, and inventory variance.
Maintain purchase records, POs, invoices, and supplier documentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Develop alternate suppliers to avoid supply disruptions.
Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
3–6 years of experience in purchase/procurement (F&B or hospitality preferred).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management and costing.
Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP / Purchase systems.
Experience in café, QSR, or central kitchen operations.
Knowledge of frozen food and cold-chain procurement.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
