• Market Analysis: Researching market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely deliveries.

• Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., agriculture, business).

• Experience: Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.

• Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant software.

• Knowledge: Knowledge of F&V market trends and seasonal fluctuations.
