Purchase Executive

Retail/FMCG में Purchaser (Purchase Executive) का मुख्य काम सही product को सही quantity, सही price और सही समय पर खरीदना होता है।

Purchaser के मुख्य काम

1. Product की requirement निकालना

   • कौन-सा सामान खत्म होने वाला है

   • कौन-सा product ज्यादा बिक रहा है

   • Stock level/check करना

2. Supplier/Vendor से बात करना

   • नए suppliers ढूँढना

   • Existing vendors से rates लेना

   • Price और terms negotiate करना

3. Purchase Order (PO) बनाना

   • Product name

   • Quantity

   • Rate

   • GST

   • Delivery date

   • Payment terms आदि

4. Price Negotiation

   • कम से कम cost पर माल खरीदना

   • Bulk discount लेना

   • Schemes/offers negotiate करना

5. Stock और Inventory देखना

   • Overstock न हो

   • Stock-out न हो

   • Fast-moving और slow-moving products identify करना

6. Delivery Follow-up

   • Vendor ने माल कब भेजा

   • कितनी quantity भेजी

   • कोई item pending तो नहीं

7. Invoice और माल की Checking

   • Invoice में rate/quantity सही है या नहीं

   • Received goods और PO को match करना

   • Damage/shortage की complaint करना

8. FMCG में Expiry & Batch देखना

   • Manufacturing/expiry date

   • Batch number

   • Near-expiry stock

   • FIFO/FEFO follow करना

9. Sales Team से Coordination

   • कौन-से products की demand बढ़ रही है

   • Customer demand के हिसाब से purchasing करना

10. Reports बनाना

• Daily/weekly purchase report

• Vendor-wise purchase

• Product-wise purchase

• Purchase price comparison

• Pending orders

एक simple example

मान लीजिए retail store में ₹100 वाली 500 biscuits की packs हैं और रोज 50 बिक रहे हैं। Purchaser देखेगा कि stock लगभग 10 दिन में खत्म हो जाएगा, फिर supplier से rate और scheme लेगा, जैसे:

MRP: ₹100
Purchase Rate: ₹70
Scheme: 10 + 1
Required Qty: 500
Delivery: 2 days

फिर best supplier select करके PO बनाएगा और delivery का follow-up करेगा।
